Smile Amazing Deal out of HKG

With the introduction of the new Seattle route, a pretty nice deal is coming along if combined the mileage accelerator:

HKG-SEA round-trip in Y is 7,884 HKD (1,015 USD) and here's the mileage you get:

Far East (HKG) - North America (West) (SEA) Saver: 5250
Miles Accelerator Bonus 21 Mar 12 EK0229 Economy Class: 7000
North America (West) (SEA) - Far East (HKG) Saver: 5250
Miles Accelerator Bonus 30 Mar 12 EK0380 Economy Class: 1000
Miles Accelerator Bonus 28 Mar 12 EK0230 Economy Class: 7000

A total of 25,500 miles, including service on only the newest aircraft, A380 and 777-300ER plus a total 48 hours in the air. Not to mention it takes you to Seattle

I wish I could do it myself but I don't have time so at least I wanted to share it.

That's still a lot of business class flying for the money.

If you were Skywards Gold the NBO<->DFW flight in February and NBO<->SEA flight in March actually got you 88,500 miles.

Keep in mind this is just a 1-month thing. Service to DFW starts in February and the increased mileage is for the month of February only. Same goes for SEA, it starts in March and the increased mileage is only for March.

I have an F ticket from CAI<->DFW in February and it gets 122,500 miles!

I have 7 round-trips between the Middle East and North America over the next 2 months, all in J or F. Not having done an MR before, I am starting to wonder if I am going to go mad, although 3 of the trips are for longer stays with a purpose.

Whilst not necessary out of HK I came across a great deal over the holiday period from LGW to HK which was 10 cheaper than flying business from LGW to BKK. The EK 384 of course stops off at BKK on the way to HK. Was about to book it, when I noticed the companion ticket for First was also 10 cheaper going LGW to HK stopping off in BKK and at exactly the same GBP price as Business. Thought it was an error but able to book it. My wife and I are trying First on the A380 for the first time in early Febuary with a two week stop over in Thailand.

You will love it, I tried the EK A380 F on that route before and it was plainly amazing.

Mate,

Make sure you do the 1st sector of every tkt that you purchased as planned or you might be in for a shocker.

Any date change before using the 1st sector will result in a FARE change too.

Pls be informed.

Safe Flying

EGT
