EK652 DXB-CMB (via MLE)

Just a quick one - does anyone know if during the 1.5hr stop in MLE if it's possible to leave the plane?
Compared to the direct flight the timings leaving LHR allow me to leave straight after work, but if it's 7 hours in the same seat I'm not too keen.

You can not leave the plane.
Male airport has no airbridges connecting the aircraft with the terminal.
Passengers have to walk from an outside parking position to the terminal, and back. Not enough time for that.

Although the connection is MLE is annoying, IMHO it is still better than the alternative of leaving the next morning..
