Unable to access 'Manage Booking' on a Mac
 

Hi,

Just took delivery of a nice shiny macbook air a few days ago. But I have encountered a problem on the EK website after logging into my Skywards account. When I click on 'Manage Booking', the page does not open up, and after several seconds I get an error page telling me that Safari cannot open the page.

Does anyone else suffer from this problem? I tried downloading Firefox for Mac, but I had a similar problem with it as well.

Not sure why it is not working. I use a Mac also, and I have no problems using the Emirates pages on either Safari or Firefox.

Thanks. It apears to be working ok now ironically enough. But when I was having the problem, the website was working with no problems on a Windows system.

That was short lived. Maybe an issue with OSX Lion? Even when entering surname and booking reference on the main EK page, it just times out with both browsers. No problems whatsoever with any other website. :confused:
