Query regarding chauffeur drive???
 

I had booked a chauffeur drive using the emirates online system a few days ago and the request was saved. ( LGW-DXB)

How does it work from now? Are they supposed to acknowledge the request by email ?It says its on file when I logged in to check my booking.

Or will the driver just call me the day before and confirm? I have given my mobile number while doing the request.

The driver should call you the morning of or day before to confirm. I believe EK10 is the night service so I think the morning of.

You'll get a call the day before, even for the evening flight, and you'll enter a negotiation about how long in advance the car will pick you up. Whatever you think it should be, I guarantee it'll be longer!

Booking the chaffeur drive service online is one area that i where i have had problems. If you have not received a confirmation email call the local EK service centre just to make sure.
