Emirates reward seats availability
 
I'm looking to upgrade from economy to business on 16/06/11 going Gla-Per.

Each time I have checked there aren't any ugraded seats available although business seats can be purchased online.

I have 46000 miles and I believe that I will have to purchase extra miles to make the upgrade.

Does anyone know when these business class seats will be made available for reward upgrade.

Perhaps never. You'll just have to keep checking, and then phone Skywards to buy the miles and upgrade if seats become available.
