How do you book a Full Fare ticket on Emirates? I want a no restrictions, endorsable (allowed to take the ticket to another airline if EK screws me...) & fully refundable with no fee ticket?

Possible?

may be pricey or tricky. May be likely cheaper to buy a fully refundable EK ticket and then , if needed, cancel it and purchase another ticket on another airline rather than worry about endorsements

Only drawback is that you end up having to wait for refund

there are YY FIF fares which can be used on EK but only book into A class rather than P/F which are useable on any airline but you will need a decent travel agent to purchase one

The most expensive Y fares are more expensive than some F fares so don't bother. Ticket out of DXB - most fares have free changes and no restrictions. Same for last minute J tickets ex- most points of sale. And cancel when needed as suggested.
