Hi everyone,

I emailed Skywards to ask what constitutes a "qualifying stay" for air miles with one of their partners, Langham Hotels. The response below is unclear - why can't they simply provide me with a list of eligible room rates so I can make the correct booking ?

Please be advised that qualifying stay is not defined as per night. It is applicable to qualifying room rates availed by the Skywards member.

We wish to inform you that eligibility of rates is confirmed by the partner and not all rates would accrue Skyward Miles.
