Finding fare rules
A friend has booked 2 adults + 2 kids, LGW-DXB-KUL-DXB flying out on 31st March, returning on 26th May. Unfortunately she's just realised it was supposed to have been returning on 26th April (!).
She sent me her booking reference but I can't find the fare rules. The fare basis is LON EK X/DXB EK KUL311.31QEJAPGB4 EK X/DXB EK LON31 1.31QEJAPGB4 NUC622.62 END ROE.634398 also NON-END/SKYWARDS SAVER//VALID ON EK/WP5248 Any ideas? |
The most flexible Q fare (there seem to be 3) has a GBP 75 change fee, which I believe is standard for tickets ex - UK. That's probably what she's looking at paying, in addition to fare difference if applicable.

If you have a confirmation email from EK for the flight it should have three file attachments. One will be titled "EmiratesFareConditions.PDF and will contain the information you require.
