It seems to be a problem with those country specific sites. The USA website correctly shows no Economy availability at the initial step in the booking path.

Was speaking to EK customer service center for reserving a seat since could not get any 2 seats together online for self and mrs abhilife travelling this weekend..
Not only she managed to gimme 2 seats together , I asked her about the flt status and she informed me that Y is overbooked by 3 seats and they only hv 2 empty seats in C .. So hoping that there are not many Ek Golds this weekend on my flight :o |
Confused
Looking at DXB-SIN flights for 2 weeks from now. Expertflyer shows P0 A0 J4, but the EK website have F available and J unavailable. What's going on? Will these seats open up later, or is there no way to get a J seat on flights at this time?

I certainly see strange results when using expert flyer for EK availbility checks.
I have been looking at A and O class availability for FRA-AKL specifying EK in the query. Often it is showing O7 availability for the return leg but when going to book directly at EK website it shows no availability for that fare class (I.e. When trying to book using the companion fare deal) |

Just to add another data point, and warn those of you using EF for EK flights. I was looking at two different DXB/SIN flights, checking for availability in a certain fare bucket. Get the notification that availability has been found, call EK, but they tell me the bucket is in fact sold out. For both of the flights dates around what I'm booked for were showing availability yet EK's system shows none.

We took a look at the example dates you emailed us and there aren't any published Q fares for those dates for SIN->DXB, which is why you can't use the availability on those flights. You need both availability and a published fare in a given fare class to be able to book a ticket in that fare class.
