different aircraft

Hi All
some people might have read a thread regarding a change of Aircraft and that i was not happy because at the time of booking, I made my booking around using the new A380.
since booking, on my 3rd Leg, emirates had made a aircraft change to a 777 with the A380 transfered onto the HongKong Via bangkok, dubai route,

After a Number of Phone calls and emails, It was going to cost me £200 to change flights with all costs added up.
Since yesterday, I have had 3 calls from emirates Asking if i would like to Change flights but at the cost of around £150 plus asking if i would like to upgrade at a Cost to me. i decided not to change the flights.

Just had another call asking if i would like to change onto the A380 for £50, So i am thinking about it.

just had one impulse buy today with buying tickets to see roger waters next year, so need to look after the pennies now.

Just find it amazing that i have had 3 calls in 24 hours...

Yes, you've posted this in at least 10 threads on this forum, so I'm assuming you've followed it up with two dozen emails to Emirates. Not surprised that they've been calling you up then. Not your fault, yes, and great that you're getting to fly on the A380, but it's getting repetitive mate.

I have always believed that the Customer is right Ung1 and if not happy, then let them know and never lay down and let them walk all over you.
Emirates is a big company and if you read alot of the threads on here, They dont really care on what the customer thinks, so i believe that i am in my right to bombard them with calls and Emails, Its the only way to get action from them.
what made me to mad with my recent issue was the fact that i was promised something if i showed proof and when i sent off the proof that i needed, I was refused what i was promised.

up-date
just got the changes for free.

Yes, by all means, send all the emails and make all the phone calls that it takes to get what you are entitled to as a customer. I have nothing against that philosophy. Just don't keep going on and on about it over here.
