Hi...

Work have booked me on a flight to DUR (normally go via JNB) and i know i am flying in Y but i would like to know if they have booked me a flexible ticket or not?

How can i find this out? They did not book the ticket direct through EK but an agent... Any ideas?

Ask the Agent what information did they give/provide when you booked?

Log in to EK website - manage my booking then view ticket.
Under additional information bottom right
