Limo?
I've just upgraded myself from Y to J, SIN-BNE-SIN, using miles. Am I entitled to a limo at either end?

Yes indeed you are. SIN freak a little bit if you're inside the 24-hr window - but they have always been ok in the end. They use SIXT in Singapore as their agent. PM me if you need their number. Not sure what happens in QLD. You should be able to do everything via the MYB function online.

Why would you ask for a limo if you know you are not entitled to one by booking/upgrading inside 24 hours?
