ELAL Paris
In the recent weeks I flew couple fo times to Paris and what i liked was something I didn't see at any other ELAL station - the station manager standing at the jetway and welcoming every body who came of the flight - I was amazed, in a good way, didn't happen to me on any other airline or station. I found it nice that you come of the aircraft and one stands with a smile and greats you in Hebrew "Shalom and how was the flight". As the yanks are saying - COOL DUDE...

The question is how familiar are you or your face with them...
CDG have 4 stations managers, They will do above and beyond to make you feel home away from home (opps, used two slogans of EL-AL!) Both when landing or fly away out of CDG... The same will happen to you in LAX, JFK, and very rare in MAD... The only pain in the a** in CDG is that the security insist on putting the labels on the passport rather somewhere else if you didnt brought a printed ticket with you... (Its very possible that TPL will soon start to have less security screening made by EL-AL (probablu PLs too)) |
ELAL Paris - security
In of the ELAL stations, they will give you a piece of paper with the sticker on it (BRU for example...)

But as the CDG security guy told me "We are not the others, We do what we want to do (And put the sticker on the passport!)" I didnt had the mood to be true israeli and teach the guy a lesson (long day) and simply went to the lounge... |
