End of the year, people are either busy closing business or waiting for everything to re-open in the new year. Personally I'm trying to keep myself from pulling the trigger and making a mileage run.

Speaking of MRs... is there any way to do MR in LY? I was hoping to somehow qualify for PL but I need 1300 points asap :-(

If there is I haven't found it yet. BTW you realize that LY runs on a rolling system, yeah? No end-of-the-year runs to do.

As for my run, I just found out that for half the price of the MR I can buyback AA OW PLT status in January.
