so here's my seating....
EWR to TLV on a 747-400 - seat 78C
TLV to JFK on a 777 seat 16C Not a fan of front bulkhead. Now tell me how I did. I think I'm more concerned about the 16C, but again some of my fellow road warriors could please make suggestions? |
78C is good, though I prefer 72, 73 or 74 since they are farther from the galley.
16C is problematic, because it is the last row in business and the wall seperating business to economy is very thin. There are usually babies sitted in the first row of economy (row 21, no rows 17 - 20) and that can get nosiy especially on a day flight and in the summer. try to move to row 10 - 12 (small problem with row 12 is proximity to galley). when are you flying? If its in August, try to book seats on a 772 from EWR that has "772" not "777" listed as aircraft type. You can see in the schedule on the elal website. This is on the new a/c with the lie angled seats. |
Flying from EWR on July 4,
returning July 23. THank you for the good advice. |

78 is good but 77 is better.
77 is saved to GL and PL and the Piolts seats on 77 H and 77K 16c is bad! try to move to 10 or 11 I always ask the F/A not to talk when I go to sleep and I ask them to their meetings in the rare economy gally. (you can do it in LY but not in LX or LH ) :) Lior |
