Is there an 'Arrivals Lounge' that El Al Business Class passengers can use on arrival into Ben Gurion airport?

No regular arrivals lounge at TLV for C or F pax. There is a VIP arrivals lounge that can be accessed as a package deal with one of the ground handling companies in TLV (Laufer and QAS) but these costs extra $$$.
