Elal Seating
 

Hi I am booked on a very full flight on elal from ewr to tlv. There are very few economy seats left and none with 2 seats together. A friend told me that if I don't reserve any seats its likely I will automatically be put in the extra space seats. Is that correct? Is there a chance I wont get a seat and will be bumped to next flight?

Passengers with status will be moved before you. If ElAl overbooks, counting on no shows (many airlines do) and they figured wrong you can get bumped to the next flight with availability. I understand you want to sit together-but is that more important than getting to Israel?
