EL AL 747s Retirement
 

Hello all,

Some of us are wanting to fly the final final EL AL B747 commercial flight.
The information we have about the end flight is LY084 from BKK of 31 October.to TLV.

Are there any insiders who can confirm this?
Also with ELA and ELD being retired yesterday, which frames are still flying?

I suppose ELC is still up in the air or was she retired as well?

One of us will be travelling from Taiwan. He will try for a First Class Seat.
I would be really happy with a window seat anywhere on the lower deck.
I can visit friend in the nose whenever permitted.

Any parties planned for the ELAL B747 end flight? I think 48 years of service are deserving of all the honours.for the plane.

I don't think they will do any special "tourist" flights considering the tight situation in IL.

Any FTer planning to be on the final final of this awesomely beautiful aircraft?

ELC and ELD are now retired from service?

Can you confirm the final 747 flight as to my original post?

I only know te following facts:

ELA is currently still active
ELC-ELD haven't flown the last 4-5 days

No idea if the are officially retired and no idea of planned final flight

ELA and ELC are still flying for a few weeks

ELD officially retired?

Yes, ELA/ELC are the only 747s still flying, up to end October

Any idea how full for the 31 October BKK-TLV final final flight in the 3 classes?
How many empty seats still showing?
