Will they ever orders new 737-MAX9 or MAX10? Will they ever consider it? They are only have a few 737-800/900ER aircraft. Why they can't have more new aircraft? Can't they expanding more specific new routes from TLV? They need more capacity.

No talk of that at the moment. Not publicly anyway...

Some 738s are already 20 years old. Maybe they can replace them with newer 738NGs.
With what happened with the Max, I hope LY will not consider this plane. They should wait for the NSA

I am quite sure LY will use the current state of 737 MAX to immediately enter negotiations with Boeing on buying at least 10. Now is the time to get a great price. I am sure all tech issues will be settled before the delivery of the first one.

The 737 MAX is now the DC10 of our generation. Even when the tech issues are resolved, the public confidence in the brand name of the 737 MAX will be ruined. Hopefully Boeing will get wise and find a plausible way to re-brand the 737 MAX, similar to how the DC10 became the MD11. But in the long term Boeing has to bite the bullet and design a new narrow-body short-medium range aircraft from scratch instead of constantly trying to re-use the 50-year old 737 design.

the MD-11 is a new aircraft, albeit a derivative of the DC-10 and I don't think anyone didn't know exactly what it was;
now the "717" really being the MD-95 is different.
