Premium Economy YYZ-TLV Seat Preferences

Premium Economy YYZ-TLV Seat Preferences
Am flying YYZ-TLV on 787 in Premium Economy for first time.
Would appreciate any and all suggestions as to which seats/rows to book in that class for two people?
Am assuming that row 17 is too close to washrooms and may have people lining up in front us?
Do seats in the last row, row 20, recline as much as the seats in the other Premium Economy rows? (Asking as not sure if there is a divider or curtain behind row 20 impeding seat recline?)
