According to planefinder.net, 4X-ELF last flew from LGG to TLV as LY872 on July 1, 2019.
EL AL will charter from ALS and Airbridge freighter flights

"Today, after 48 years, and millions of passengers carried, EL AL אל על is operating it's last Trans Atlantic 747 service, LY008, operated by B747-400 4X-ELA, is scheduled to touch down in TLV around 17:25 local time, bringing the end of 747 operations one step closer. Later today, 4X-ELD will also touch down in TLV for the last time, operating LY084 from BKK thuse bringing the active 747 fleet to just 2 frames."

4X-EDM the 12th and last 787-9 of this order is planning to be delivered today Sept 18, flying to TLV and landing Sept 19 morning. Next will be 4 -8s coming until March

So the last 787 delivered took 10+ hours from landing in TLV to starting its next flight to HKG. Today 4X-EDM landed at noon and left at 5pm already for Paris. This is quite remarkable, used to take a few days until they were ready for service.
