El-Al's 10th Dreamliner Eilat (4X-EDK) landed in TLV this morning on a direct flight from Seattle.

Interesting info from routesonline regarding 788 -

El Al Israel Airlines in recent schedule update adjusted planned Boeing 787-8 operations, scheduled to enter service in the 4th quarter of 2019. From 14DEC19 to 27MAR20, Boeing 787-8 will operate Tel Aviv – Beijing route, replacing 777-200ER aircraft. Note the airline is reducing Beijing service from 3 to 2 weekly from 27OCT19.

LY095 TLV2210 – 1330+1PEK 788 36
LY096 PEK2200 – 0225+1TLV 788 47

Other updated Boeing 787-8 routes include the following:
Tel Aviv – Boston eff 17DEC19 1 weekly (2 weekly from 29MAR20; Previous plan: 3 weekly from 15DEC19)
Tel Aviv – Chicago O’Hare eff 22MAR20 3 weekly (1 weekly from 29MAR20)
Tel Aviv – London Heathrow eff 18NOV19 Minimum 2 weekly
Tel Aviv – Mumbai eff 09FEB20 1 weekly
Tel Aviv – Paris CDG eff 16DEC19 3 weekly (up to 4 weekly from 29MAR20; Previous plan: 2 weekly)
Tel Aviv – San Francisco eff 30MAR20 3 weekly
Tel Aviv – Toronto eff 17NOV19 3 weekly (Previously listed until 26MAR20)

The configuration of the 787-8 is C20W35Y183
Thats an extra row of Premium Economy over the 789.

based on NYC787's data, it looks like EDM is about 3 months away and EDN (the first 788) about 3 months after that, with 3 more 788 to follow in the next few months after that.
