Unfortunately, MIA-TLV nonstop flight is temporarily suspending until further notice. Due to coronavirus.

Very doubtful as "El Al will extend its halt on all scheduled flights to and from Israel until May 30, the airline told the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on Tuesday, with the exception of cargo flights and one-off services. The Israeli flagcarrier said the decision was based on new measures announced by the Health Ministry on Monday, which did not include lifting the requirement on self-quarantine of passengers arriving in Israel or enabling non-citizens to enter the country." So the only way ElAl will restart up is if the quarantine is over and non-Israelis are allowed in and arent quaratined, till that hap[pens I dont expecty Elal to restart any reg flying

Yes, due to crew rest requirement. They will stay in Miami for 35 hours. They will go back to Israel for next day.

I'm lost actually. What do the 7 and 1 mean at the end? That makes it sound like the outbound departs Saturday morning at 01:10 in the morning (Friday night midnight), which obviously isn't happening.

The 35 hours makes sense as I assume 1 is a day after 7, so 24 hours plus the 11 hour difference in the day itself. But I'm lost on what days of the week the flights are.
