OT: landings at TLV

OT: landings at TLV

I have noticed that, at night, airplanes land on runway 08 instead of runway 12.
How come?

Where can I find a clear mao of the runway's at TLV?

Could it have to do with the change of route at night, over Holon (cemetery)?
