Express Check-In - Does it Work?
 
Trying to check my brother in now, within 24 hours, and I'm told that "Please note that express check-in is available 3-27 hours prior to departure." This is within 24 hours. How do I check him in online?

have you tried both methods using the Electronic Ticket number/name
or to login first with the Frequent Flyer number
system seems to be hit or miss.

He's not a Matmid member. He does have an AA# associated with the booking, but I don't think I'd be able to log in with that
