LY315 emergency landing at TLV
1 hour after take off for London LY315 is expected to make an emergency landing at TLV in about 10 minutes (11:55am) due to a technical problem.

Does anyone know more about the technical problem and what plane it is?

Flaps ware "stuck" on 10 and couldn't be raised up
