Refund process
 
I have bought an elal JFK-TLV flight with a u.s credit card. I may need to cancel the flight and I know there is a 100 dollar cancel fee, does anyone know how long it will take back for the chargeback of the remaining money to m credit card?

It's usually between 2 to 4 weeks

Can they really hold a customer's money for up to 4 weeks???

That's outregous, should be no longer than 5 working days!
