Don't know, but sign up to their e-mail service to get notification.

As to whether their timetables will change, I would say "yes" as they move from winter destinations to summer destinations along with other changes due to airport costs

Last year, the summer schedule 2005 was released in november. Easyjet usually releases the schedule in several parts, e.g. one day all routes from London-Stansted, the other day all routes from Berlin.
Therefore it's a good idea to subscribe to the newsletter.

Regarding the fares: as long as you book in the first days after the release, it is very likely to find very low prices for every route and date, except holidays like easter etc.

Easyjet isn't the only low cost airline so to delay your purchase of tickets because Easyjet hasn't released it's timetables is silly & could lead you to miss out on those "decent priced tickets".

One way is to check out these two sites which list most low cost destinations and airlines within Europe:

http://www.skyscanner.net
http://www.dohop.com

one thing to add: 10th november 2005 is the 10th anniversary of easyjet's first flight in 1995. I would expect some extraordinary celebration seat sale around this date.

One word of warning for skyscanner, it's poor at airlines in Europe especially the Eastern European ones, though the map showing the airports is good.
