EasyJet told me "no more Flexi"
I'm new to easyJet and have been looking for Flexi fares on VCE-ORY in early March. Not seeing any.
Got on WhatsApp chat and was told that they don't offer Flexi any more. Yet the website is full of references to it. The CS chatter says "we'll get around to removing those". What does anyone know? And do the Flexi fares show up on the same choose-a-fare page as Standard, Essentials, Standard Plus -- or somewhere else. I found an old post referring to having to check a box. Thanks. |

Exactly. That box is not on my screen. I'm using Chrome browser, not the app. I'm in the US, could that have any bearing on it?
The flight dates are 45 days away and the seat map is fairly empty. Did you get that screen grab today? The chat person on easyJet's WhatsApp chat app told me repeatedly that they aren't offering them any more, yet the website is full of details such as the ones you linked to. I'll look again tomorrow and maybe get the app. I see the fare difference is €130, or to put it another way, 400% more! Maybe I don't care, but I'm interested in the flexibility feature, and will be buying a hold bag and seat assignment (nearly €50 anyway). |
I also noticed this recently. It appeared to have disappeared from the website but still be in the app. I wonder what the reason for removal is if they are doing so…

EasyJet Customer Service has also confirmed to me that flexi fares have been discontinued.
