EasyJet Hold / Checked Baggage Clarification
 
1st time on EJ, just a short hop GVA - OPO. We'll check baggage and have a question about the checked / hold policy.

Currently the limit for checked / hold baggage on this flight is 23kg and a total linage of 'x' cm.

Does this allow 2 pieces of luggage as long as the total is < 23kg and 'x' cm or does it only apply to a single piece?

If so, it's unclear how I prepay for an additional hold / checked bag. Alternative is to pay the overhead bin cost. $$ aren't as important as getting caught in a check-in snafu
