Question Fron row versus exit rows for extra legroom?

My wife and I are flying Porto to London next month. Flying into Luton, the exit rows are 10 and 11; into Gatwick, they're 12 and 13. (Maybe I'm missing something, but from the site I can't tell which aircraft these are.)I have a few questions:

1. From reading other threads, I'm under the general impression that the exit rows are better for legroom, in that most or all row 1 seats now have bulkheads. So would you recommend the exit rows?
2. Between the two exits rows, I'm under the impression that the first exit row is better, since seats don't recline on easyJet (so the advantage on some airlines of the second exit row reclining but the first one not reclining is irrelevant here). So would you recommend the first exit row?

Any other advice or insight is of course welcome. Thanks!

1) Exit rows have the better legroom
2) If you want the extra legroom, yes!

You will be able to work out which aircraft type you are on by comparing the seat map with those found on the excellent https://www.aerolopa.com/ - happy travels

Be aware that sometimes when there are 2 contiguous exit rows , the first row may have limited/no recline if that is important.
