Best EasyJet window seats?
 

I'll be flying GVA-BUD-GVA next month and am willing to pay for more legroom. I like sitting in window seats. Unreliable seatguru indicates that row 1 and the exit rows offer a few inches more, though not the window seats in row 1. So I'm ready to opt for an exit row window seat, but just wanted to check here in case anyone would give me any advice to the contrary. So am I best off in the exit row and not row 1?

You're better with the rear of the two exit rows as the one in front can't recline into your space and you still have recline (if available on your plane).

There may not be any hot food left by the time they get to the middle of the plane if that's an issue.

I know this thread is a bit stale and the OP has probably travelled by now, but it's worth noting that if you're broad shouldered you do NOT want to sit in a window seat in exit rows 10 or 11, as the seats are a bit cramped due to the emergency exit door adding a bit of thickness to the side of the plane...
