when collecting your car in Orlando Aiport do you get chance to pick your make and model ala Las vegas of do you have to take what they give you

am booked in for a crysler pacifica but in that class is the crysler 3000 which i dont want lol

any advice welcome

Don't know...too bad I didn't visit Dollar MCO when I had the chance (was actually contemplating dropping off there as a one-way from CLT and flying back to catch my flight the next day, but decided I was awake enough for the drive).

Although I think the 300's not a bad car, I do have to say that the Pacifica's one of my favorites. Dollar ANC just received a few 2008s with the limited trim, and boy, are they nice. They're equipped with heated leather front and rear seats, sunroofs, dual CD/DVD players (though no screens, but RCA plugs if you bring your own monitor!), and a very decent 4.0L engine.

If you can get it, it's a good car to drive and doesn't do too badly on the gas mileage!

One suggestion: try to call that location directly. I did a quick Google search and came up with this number: (407) 583-8000. It should ring directly to them (the regular published number, 866-434-2226, rings to the central reservations/help line in Tulsa/southeast Asia). Call them before arriving to ask (nicely) if they'll have a Pacifica for you. Maybe bribe them by saying you'll buy prepaid gas if they can hold a Pacifica specifically for your reservation. (Agents make commission on sales items like that.)

I picked up a car at MCO on Sunday and they assigned a car to me and I picked up the keys at a key booth across the street in the garage. I would just ask when getting my car or at the key booth for the type of car you want.
