my brother is under 25 and is looking to rent without paying any extar money... any codes he can use which would waive this fee? he is 23 years old.

Try Enterprise I believe they rent to 21+ without an extra fee

Not anymore. Almost every Enterprise location now has an under 25 fee-- even for those 21-24.

Your brother can sign up for the Student Advantage Card. It gives students discounts all over the U.S. I used it to avoid the underage fee at Dollar.

Does this work at all locations? Im afraid that they wont be familiar with it...

Reservationist said that new Dollar and Student Advantage contract does not give free underage fee anymore. Dollar has sent out memos stating this to it's reservationist (and I'd imagine the car rental centers).
Just wanted to give people a head's up before they pay $20 for the studentadvantage card.
