I have a car rez. starting tomorrow, through Chase UR website (for 2 weeks), and I prepaid with my Chase card. Will Dollar (in Kona) hold my car/rez. for a few days? My MIL broke her leg so we are delaying our trip by roughly 4 days.
I could cancel and then rebook for the new dates but my rate for the two weeks ($290) is so low I hate to do that. The current rates, for just 10 days, are about $390.

Dollar's standard corporate policy is to hold cars for six hours past scheduled pick-up time at airport locations and two hours past scheduled pick-up time at off-airport locations. (The policy varies by location somewhat, though usually only at franchises [which KOA is not], and will be noted in the reservation T&C.)
I do not know how prepaid reservations affect this. I would presume they would hold it longer, since they already have your money, but multiple days later might be a stretch.
I'd call them to see. Dollar.com only shows the central reservation number, but I think this is the direct number for the KOA Dollar Thrifty ("DTG") location: 808-329-3162.

Thanks for the info jackal. I called Kona and they can only hold car for 24 hours. So I'll call Chase and see what they have to say. Looks like I'll probably have to cancel and rebook later.
