Can I reserve a car at DEN for 30 days and then bring it back early?
 
I will be in Denver for 9 days, and when I do a dummy check prices are totally ridiculous at DIA. Will I will be penalized if I reserve a car (w/ Dollar) for 30 days....then bring it back early?

Possibly, depending on your rate plan.

If you return it after 9 days, they will reprice it at the then current rate for a week and 2 days or some other appropriate rate.
