Beware of Dollar in Omaha

They do not have an agent to check the car in. You bring the keys into the airport. I made the huge mistake of not taking pictures of the car. They now claim $3,500 damage. I cannot prove otherwise.

Even if there's an employee to check the car in, damage assessments are always subject to revision per the contract. I would always, always, always take video/photos.

Do you really take photos of your rental vehicle when you return? Rest assured, I'm not ridiculing you, just curious.
