Any codes that might give a discount on or waive the one way fee for a LAX to OXR rental?

No. The "discount" brands have a different business model than the "premium" brands. Fewer coupons, and separate taxable drop charges for one-ways. There is a longer explanation of why those differences exist in other threads, so a quick search should find them.
