Dollar Express at MKE - a beautiful thing
 

If you frequently go to Milwaukee's Mitchell Airport, Dollar is the diamond in the rough.

I'm an Express member because of them and here is why:

- Courteous staff
- No pressure upsell on the options
- Cars that do not smell like smoke - other companies have this problem
- No shifty extra day charges
- Not much drop off fees if you need a different airport for drop off later
- Dollar Express - 1 day free after 16 days
- US Airways miles
- Once they recognize you, every week is an upgrade

Dollar's 800 number needs improvement as their phone reps are not well-trained, but everything else is great with MKE.
