Wheelchair at BOS Terminal E
Relatives traveling on BA BOS-LHR in the evening; both have requested wheelchair assistance in the PNR.
They will be arriving in an Uber at Terminal E. They’ll want to be dropped off as close as possible to the BA checkin so they don’t have a long walk.
They have two roll-aboard bags which they want to check and a couple of personal item sized carryons as well as a foldable walker which they were allowed to take on the plane on the way out LHR-BOS.
How should they manage the dropoff with the Uber? What should they ask for at checkin? I assume the wheelchair pushers will be okay dropping them off at the BA lounge so they can eat dinner before the flight, and picking them up afterwards when it’s time for boarding?
Since this is the USA I wonder if the wheelchair pushers expect a tip. How much if so?
