I have no idea. Like I said earlier, I'm a bit confused on the timeline of everything.

When was it originally booked? How and what type of room was confirmed? Was it a online booking with a note needing ADA room, but confirmed in a regular room? Confirmed in an ADA room category (if split into own category)? When did it change?
