In Hong Kong, they have a pub called 'The Keg'.

Also serves Molson Canadian. That's as Canadian as it'll get.

London has the Maple Leaf pub in Covent Garden. They definitely do some Canadian beer, but I can't remember anything Canadian on the menu. I almost never go in, as it's a pretty horrible place.

I was on a cruise ship last week. At one bar I ordered a Molson Canadian since he was out of Sam Adams and there was no other beer worth drinking. The bartender asked me if I was Canadian and I said no, why? He told me no one orders one unless they are. For the rest of the cruise he would call me his Canadian friend.

Must've been a dry ship if Molson Canadian was the most palatable out of what's left. :eek:

I'd say Beavertails are an Ottawa dish, although the rest of Canada has been slowly stealing away what used to be uniquely Ottawan.

For any visitors, the local favourite is a Killaloe Sunrise, which is sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice on a deep-fried pastry. Absolutely delicious, and best enjoyed after a good skate on the Canal, enjoyed with a lousy hot chocolate.

I think they changed the formula since I last drank one in the early 80's.

No craft beers on the ship. I also had a Dos Equis which I would normally only order with a plate of Mexican food.

I try to avoid this kind of Canadian restaurant but they seem to have a loyal following.
