Rattlesnake Bite
 

Title got your eye?
I want to get a bite of Rattlesnake on my next vacation.
I will be traveling from Faslgstaff to Phoenix to globe Az then to Las cruces, El PAso and Austin TX,Houston, Galveston then to New Orleans all on every back road I can find.
Somewhere on the trip I would like to try Rattlesnake.
I do not mind driving out of my way to partake.
Now where can I find it on the menu and Is it propared well?

Try walking across the border from McAllen into Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico for a treat consisting of rattlers, diamondbacks and copperheads!

Is the place easy to find in Reynosa.
Town doesn't look to big and I can speak Spanish.

I believe it is called the Cowboy Cafe in Sedona. Right on the main drag and has Rattlesnike bites as appies. Not bad with a prickly pear margarita. If you are driving from Flagstaff to Phoenix, you got to stop in Sedona.
