This is Why You're Fat!

Posted as a link on perezhilton.com - Not even I, in my well-fed state, can claim to have tasted any of the following "delights":

No, we're not fat because those foods exist. We're fat because we think that giant thing is one serving. I could probably get 20 servings out of that giant burrito thing.

I use to be fat.

I would never have touched any of those. So that wasn't why.

Bingo! I think we can enjoy a variety of nutritionally unsound(but craved) foods in moderation.

I think the idea of the french fry covered hot dog is fascinating

Exactly. I'm convinced that the occasional moderate junk food consumption is good for the soul.

I would expect to see Adam Richman of Man vs. food (http://www.travelchannel.com/TV_Shows/Man_v_Food) feature and attempt to eat some of those dishes. At the opposite end of the spectrum I would prefer the meal Andrew Zimmern is airing tonight (http://www.travelchannel.com/TV_Shows/Bizarre_Foods)

I guess I could consider myself 'fat', but I eat very sensible servings of sensible foods, not meat boats and bacon wrapped anything. I fail to see the connection, but I guess if you started thin and ate the foods on that site, you would probably become fat, much like if you smoke a mountain of cigarettes, you will probably have respiratory problems.

I've never had a deep-fried Mars Bar, but I have had a deep-fried Milky Way. Mmmmmm. Also deep-fried Twinkies, deep-fried pickles, deep-fried ice cream, deep-fried Oreos, deep-fried cheesecake, deep-fried bacon (battered), and deep-fried grasshoppers.

IMHO, there are only a few foods that would not be improved by deep-frying (or adding bacon). :p

Fat is a not a disease..... Many people told me it was, until I watch the Biggest Loser. If they can do it, so can YOU.... Get out and take a long walk.

Btw, some of those food should be call " Heart Attack on a stick"
