Great peppermint creams
 

I love mint :D
I was at "wholepaycheck foods"the other day and picked up a box of Summerdown Farms chocolate peppermint creams-they are wonderful.
Made with real peppermint oil extracted from Black Mitcham peppermint (a heritage type of mint)these have a strong but non medicinal mint flavor.

Not cheap( a smallish box was $10)but very worthy of your consideration.

I'm guessing you'd enjoy a nice big slab of Kendal Mint Cake

There is one in an adjacent county to me, they have very fresh food, but at a price.

I used to buy a great mint"sauce"that contaned chopped mint,a little vinager,and maybe a little salt/sugar-but it was mostly chopped mint(rather like a pesto)and not like the Cross and Blackwell mint sauce.
If you happen to see such a product in the market I would love to have a Producer name since my market no longer carries it and I lost the last jar.
It really is a timesaver.
