with proof of purchase and $4.95 S & H is being offered by Carapelli Olive Oil. Titled 'Simply Tuscan' and described as 320 recepies, beautiful color photos and listed as a $40.00 value it appears to be hardbound as well (although it doesn't say for sure). I just sent for it about a week ago so it will be a little while before I actually get to see it but at $4.95 I figured it was worth it.
