so this will be a simultaneous Toast at 9p-ET/8p-CT/7p-MT/6p-PT across NAmerica, not a rolling one at 9p in each time zone.

Ours here in Toronto will be with a selection of Dogfish Head brews which are not nomrally available in this part of the continent:
