Grey Goose ! Best vodka in the world : 94/100...
|
Just the other day I came across and bought a bottle of Canadian Iceberg vodka, which I'd been looking for for some time since I read that it scored very high in some tastings. It boasts that's it's made from the water of a 12,000 year old glacier. Be that as it may, I thought it was excellent.
It was on sale deeply discounted, either because it doesn't have a wide reputation or maybe because it was bottled in plastic liter bottles so it looks like mineral water. Anyway, I thought it was quite a bargain. |
I'm a big fan of Kirkland Signature Vodka. The only problem is that the bottle is too big to fit in my freezer. :D

I was given a new vodka to taste Friday nite at dinner. Never heard of it before:
Jean Marc XO. It was excellent! I highly recommend trying it. |

You just need to make about 2 months' supply of jello shots so you can throw the bottle away.

Mrs. unagi1 and I both like Ketel One and Tito's, the latter of which I have only found in Trader Joe's in the SF Bay Area.

Vodka, Green Iced Tea, a slice of cucumber, and mint...
makes an excellent summer cocktail! :D
If you can, I recommend throwing a few slices of cucumber into the vodka and letting it chill for a few hours (I think the "hip" bar term for this is "infusing" :D) before making the drink. |
Are we talking real green tea here, or some strange North American sweetened concoction?
