Best restaurant for breakfast at DFW Airport

My GF and I are on an MR this weekend via DFW, and going via DFW for Christmas in two weeks - both times, we have 2.5-3 hour layovers first thing Saturday morning. We were thinking a nice sit-down breakfast would be a good way to pass the time.

Suggestions? Obviously we'd prefer not to leave the secure area, but if there's a good option at one of the Hyatt hotels in the terminals, that could work.

Thanks all!

Edited to add: further research has uncovered Jacob's Spring Grille in the Hyatt Regency - looks like a good bet. Anyone ever been there?

I've heard good things about the Grand Hyatt. It is connected to the airport via SkyTrain Terminal D station.

I would think the line that time of day to go back in to the terminal would be minimal.

Breakfast at La Duni in Terminal D is great.

Lots of other good options there as well (haven't done much morning exploring but if Blue Mesa in D offers anything they offer in their "normal" restaurants, it will be great as well).

All times are GMT -6. The time now is 1:42 pm.
