Dining options in BWI during an MR
Hello -
I'm doing a year end mile run BOS-BWI-BOS with a midday 2 hour layover. Having never been through BWI before, what are the best dining options in the AA terminal (concourse C, right?) or environs? How is the Flight Deck Cafe? As a point of comparison, my favorite pre-departure place is the Legal Seafood in Terminal C in BOS. Thanks in advance, and apologies if I missed a previous discussion. |
If I Were You, I'd Bring A Sandwich
I'm afraid you don't have a lot of options inside security at BWI's "C" pier.
Your best bet there may be a Nathan's hot dog. Really. You can visit the all-Southwest "B" concourse without leaving the secured area (with only a two hour stay that's probably what I'd suggest) and there's somewhat better food options, including a place that makes deli sandwiches, but BWI's not a place to visit for fine dining, especially inside security. |
Sadly, you are correct
At least I was able to drown my sorrows in a Bloody Mary, although it was the Nathan's equivalent of a BM, as it was served at the Budwiser Brewpub, and consisted mainly of Lea and Perrins.
Thanks for the heads up, though! |
